Lauro Golf students bécame winners at the Finnish Tour 2013

Every winter season, from October to May, Lauro Golf welcomes over twenty Finnish golf students who train under the commands of the onsite professional Mr. Tapani Saarentola. The main reason why they chose this golf course is the excellent weather condition that enjoys this location, as in their country they are only able to enjoy few months of golf a year.

Lauri Ruuska and Oona Vartiainen are two young promising golfers who have been training for the last three winters. Both have a long career full of successes despite their youth, such as the Finnish Amateur Ranking and the Finnish Tour Birdie.

But it has been in the Finnish Tour, the most important national tournament in Finland, where have reached their best victory becoming the male champion and lady champion of Finland in Junior category.

Lauri and Oona are not the only good golfers within the group of students who train at the Lauro Golf Academy in charge of the professional Tapani Saarentola. This year as well as in previous years Juuso Kahlos, Mikko Kauniskangas, Janne Koivisto, Karina Kukkonen, Petra Salko and Jenni Soikkeli obtained excellent results in the ranking of the Finnish Tour.

According to words of their pro Tapani, he is pleased to know that his students accumulate so many achievements and he is also delighted to have Lauro golf as their main sponsor golf course.
