Chiquito de la Calzada fue homenajeado en Lauro Golf en el torneo del golf "Play the Open"

Chiquito de la Calzada fue homenajeado el pasado domingo 30 de enero en el campo de golf de Alhaurín de la Torre “Lauro Golf”. Este club quiso rendir homenaje al popular humorista malagueño en reconocimiento a su trayectoria profesional, en una de las pruebas del Circuito Play the Open que se disputa en catorce campos de la provincia de Málaga.La prueba que tuvo salida al tiro a las 9 de la mañana, transcurrió con total normalidad. De manos de la organización los participantes recibieron un tentempié durante el recorrido y al final del mismo degustaron junto al invitado especial un almuerzo-bufé en el restaurante de la casa club. Al término del almuerzo el fundador de Lauro Golf D. Vicente Pitarch, que es además el escritor de la biografía de Chiquito de la Calzada, recogida en su libro “Hasta luego Lucas”; le hizo entrega de una placa honorífica, el cual agradeció cariñosamente.

La entrega de premios no pudo estar más amenizada gracias al humor  en la que Chiquito arrancó más de una carcajada a los participantes y visitantes de la competición con un repertorio de chistes, comprobándose así que el golf no está reñido con el humor, y aún más si viene de la mano de este singular artista.
Chiquito de la Calzada presentó la entrega de premios conjuntamente con la Caddy Master Melissa Gallardo, la Presidenta de Lauro Golf Tove Mª Pedersen y el organizador del torneo Play the Open Alfredo Calle, y uno a uno fueron otorgando los trofeos a los primeros clasificados.
Estos fueron:
Categoría masculina (0-18,4):
1- Salvador Moreno Medina (42 puntos)
2- Francisco Quero (41 puntos)
Categoría masculina (18,5 – 28):
1- Jose Ramón Sierra Jiménez (36 puntos)
2- Juan Carlos Sierra Jiménez (36 puntos)
Categoría femenina:
1- Mª del Carmen Noguero (33 puntos)
2- Stephanie Freeman (29 puntos)
Decenas de green fees se repartieron en el sorteo además de noches de hotel y hasta un crucero. Aunque el azar no quiso que ningún afortunado jugador  consiguiera un coche de golf Buggy Yamaha, premio al “hoyo en uno” en el hoyo 21.
Finalmente,  los participantes volvieron a sus casas con una sonrisa dibujada en la cara. Chiquito de la Calzada agradeció a Lauro Golf por este homenaje, y se prestó a firmar su libro “Hasta luego Lucas” a todo aquel que quisiera.
 
TRIBUTE TO THE SPANISH COMEDIAN “CHIQUITO DE LA CALZADA” AT LAURO GOLF

The popular comedian Chiquito de la Calzada was honored last Sunday January 30th at the Golf Club in Alhaurín de la Torre "Lauro Golf." The club paid tribute to the popular and local humorist in recognition of his profesional career, during the celebration of one of the competitions of the “Play the Open” Circuit, which is being played in fourteen golf courses thorughout the province of Malaga.
The shotgun competition started at 9:30 am. Right before the game all the participants were welcomed with a snack to help them keep their energy high, and at the end of the tournament they were able to enjoy a delicious buffett lunch, catered by Mama Luchía Golf, in the company of the special guest at the clubhouse restaurant. After lunch, the founder of Lauro Golf Mr. Vicente Pitarch, who is also the author of the biography of Chiquito de la Calzada "Hasta luego Lucas" presented him with an honorary plaque which was gratefully and warmly accepted by the talented comedian.

The prize giving ceremony could not have been more entertaining thanks to the humour provided by Chiquito with a large repertoire of his most popular jokes, much to the fun and delight of participantes and guests present, a demonstration that golf and humour go hand by hand, and more so if it comes from this singular artist.

Chiquito de la Calzada presented the prize giving together with the Caddy Master Melissa Gallardo, the  President of Lauro Golf Tove Maria Pedersen and the ”Play the Open” organizer Alfredo Calle, who awarded trophies to the winners.

Dozens of green fees were given in the raffle that followed as well as hotel accomodation and even a cruise. Unfortunately there was no lucky player to receive the golf buggy Yamaha, the special prize awarded for who managed a the "Hole in One" on hole 21.

A smile on their faces was still seen on the participants as they were leaving the course. Chiquito de la Calzada thanked Lauro Golf for this tribute, and even offered himself to sign copies of his book "Hasta luego Lucas" to those who wished to.
