V Torneo Reyes Magos en Lauro Golf

Lauro Golf se anticipó un poquito a la llegada de sus reales majestades y celebró así el V Torneo Reyes Magos el  pasado 02 de Enero, siendo la primera competición de este recién estrenado año.
El torneo, modalidad Stableford individual comenzó hacia las nueve de la mañana. Con salida desde el hoyo 10, la competición transcurrió con total normalidad, a muy buen ritmo y con temperaturas primaverales a pesar de estar en pleno invierno. Tras 5 horas de intenso juego los participantes disfrutaron de una merecida porción de roscón de Reyes que Lauro Golf quiso ofrecer con el fin de hacer partícipe de nuestras tradiciones tanto a los jugadores españoles como a los extranjeros, y es que no se concibe una celebración en honor a Sus Majestades los Magos de Oriente sin esta deliciosa repostería, que acumula en su haber una tradición de más de 500 años.

Hubo premios para los tres primeros clasificados además de un sorteo de una magnífica cesta navideña y un roscón de reyes.

Los tres primeros clasificados de la competición fueron:

1er Clasificado:                 Graham Broom                  hcp: 7,1 40 puntos
2º Clasificado:                    Luís Aranaz                      hcp: 24,6 39 puntos
3er Clasificado:                John Leigh                        hcp: 16,3 37 puntos

Para concluir cabe destacar que se respiró un ambiente festivo desde primera hora hasta la finalización de la competición y en la entrega de premios.

Last January the 2nd, Lauro Golf anticipated the arrival of the royal majesties and held the V Wise Men Tournament, the first competition of this brand new year

The tournament, modality Individual Stableford, started at nine o'clock, from hole 10. The competition was uneventful, very quick and with spring temperatures despite being in the middle of winter. After 5 hours of intense game the participants enjoyed a well-deserved portion of roscón Reyes Lauro Golf wanted to give them in order to share our traditions with both the Spanish players and foreigners. We cannot conceive a celebration in honour of Their Majesties from the Far East without this delicious dessert, a tradition of over 500 years.

There were prizes for the first three classified in addition to a special raffle of a Roscón (crown cake) and a Chrismas hamper.

The three first classified winners for this competition were:

In general there was a very festive atmosphere from the beginning to the end of the competition and during the prize giving.
