YESTERDAY AND TODAY This was my father when he was five years old.He lived opposite this house, where he is in the picture. A pastry shop was his neighbour. A bit further was the Police Station.     Blanquillo Stream was very deep. Water from the rain flew from the mountain of Alhaurin de la Torre.     Spain Avenue. In Saint John fear, dodgem cars and the circus were here for the first time.   Saint Sebastian Square. It's quite different in 28 years, isn't it?.       In Doctor Fleming Street we can see one of the few cars in the village in 1965.     In Malaga Street was one of the typical places in that time in the villages: the municipal washing-place.
