1st floor:
Living-dining room (36m2) with chimney, TV, video-DVD, radio-cassette, small bilingual library with an exit to the terrace.
1 bedroom with double bed and a full-equipped bathroom with two washbasins and a radiator.
2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a radiator.
1 bathroom with two washbasins and a radiator as well.
Kitchen: Gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge and dish washer, toaster, iron, ironing table. With an exit to the terrace.
Porch (20m2) with garden furniture and plants.
Terrace (30m2): Garden furniture, beautiful views.

2ª floor, half cellar:
Cellar: 20m2, bed-sofa, armchairs, tables, Andalusian decoration.
Washing machine, shower, WC.
Covered garage.

SWIMMING-POOL, GARDEN. Outdoor shower. Great privacy because the house is surrounded by a hedge of tall and dense cypresses.
Use of the swimming-pool from the 1st of May till the 30th of September.

Situation

In the Urbanización Fuensanguínea 1Km. far from the centre of Alhaurín de la Torre, 10 Km. from the beaches of Torremolinos and 17 Km. from the centre of Málaga. Supermarkets, restaurants, bus stop 800 metros far. Tennis court 2 Km., golf course 5 Km. Airport 5 Km. 
 

Prices

Reservations per week from Saturday to Saturday, 6 people maximum.

1st of October until the 30th of April: 925 €.
1st of May until the 30th of September: 1.175 €.

Suplementary expenses:
Electricity: included in the price up to 10 Kw. day. The consumption over that will be paid 0.10 euros per Kw.

DEPOSIT:  200 euros given in cash at the arrival and they will be paid back at the departure.

Arrivals: from the 17 p.m.a partir de las 17 horas
Departures: before 10 a.m.

How to arrive

On the N-340 Málaga-Cádiz take the road to Coín, A-366. When you are arriving Alhaurín de la Torre, at the second roundabout, you will find a fountain next to a supermarket called Supersol. You can phone me then and we will be there in five minutes to accompany you to the house.
